Honeydew Habits

Privacy policy

Last updated: 18 October 2026

The short version: your habits stay on your phone. We don't show ads, we don't track you across other apps, and we never sell your data. Online features (friends, visiting islands and cloud backup) are optional and only start when you turn them on yourself.

Who we are

Honeydew Habits is made by Antlia B.V., Stijntjesduinstraat 40, 2202 LC Noordwijk, the Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce no. 96566965). We are the "controller" of the personal data described here. You can reach us at support@honeydewhabits.app.

What stays on your phone

Your habits (their names, descriptions, schedules, streaks and reminders), your gold, items and island layouts are stored on your device. We can't see them. Habit reminders are scheduled locally by your iPhone; nothing about them is sent to us.

What we process when you use online features

These features are optional. The game never signs you in automatically.

We use this data only to provide these features (performing our agreement with you). We keep it until you delete your account, after which it's removed from our systems within 30 days.

Purchases

Subscriptions and purchases are handled entirely by Apple. We never see your payment details; Apple only tells the game which purchases your Apple Account owns.

Who helps us

These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, it is covered by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

What we don't do

Children

Honeydew Habits is a cozy game suitable for everyone, but the online features are not directed at children under 13. In the Netherlands and other EU countries, players under 16 should use the online features only with permission from a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has shared personal data with us, contact us and we'll delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to how we use it. The easiest way to delete everything is Delete account in the game's settings; you can also email us. If you're not happy with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or the authority in your own country.

Changes

If we change how the game uses data, we'll update this page and the date at the top. For bigger changes we'll also let you know in the game.
